Delivery

Once order has been placed online, you will receive an email detailing your purchase. We will deliver the ordered goods to you within 3 working days using Royal Mail or a courier of our choosing. Please allow extra time if order is placed over a weekend or Bank Holiday.

If there is a delay in receiving goods, or goods do not arrive, please let us know and we will do our best to help.

Orders placed online

Thank you for your purchase and we hope you are completely happy with your goods. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or an exchange. Please see below for information on our return policy.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new, unused and unopened condition.

To return an item purchased from us online, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least 7 working days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
